Cancellations and Rescheduling
We do understand that life happens, but we kindly request 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes to an appointment. A fee will be charged for less than 24 hours or no show.
Late Arrivals
We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment, 15 minutes late may result in having to reschedule your appointment,
Deposits
Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking.
Refunds
Services are non-refundable. We are committed to our clients satisfaction and offer adjustments when needed within two weeks. Products can be refunded for dollar amount or credit to your salon account. Brushes are non refundable following the health department guidelines.
Furry Friends
While we love our furry friends, we kindly ask that you leave them at home during your appointment.

Lost or Damaged
"We are not responsible for any lost or damaged clothing. For your convenience, we provide private dressing rooms and robes so you can change comfortably before your service."
